Sushi Cupid Day!!

Valentine's Day was LOTS of fun this year! I went over to Brian's place and he answered the door with a beautiful bouquet of red, pink, & white roses as well as some delicious chocolates that were specially designed by marketers for yours truly...

Brian and I decided to make sushi to celebrate the holiday. We bought lots of fish, veggies, rice, seaweed, soy sauce, etc. so that we'd be able to make the best sushi EVER! Our sushi-making methods were way more advanced that the chefs you'll find in restaurants, and we definitely had an awesome time rolling rice in the kitchen...

The finished product was not only delicious, but was pretty and cute and colorful and ooooo so romantic!
