As many of you know, I recently got an internship at Post Secret... an awesome program where people from around the world write their secrets on 4x6 postcards and mail them to the house of Frank Warren, (the Post Secret author), where they could potentially be posted on his blog or published in his best-selling books.
I was sitting in Frank's living room the other day, (The Mothership Headquarters), and was helping him sort through postcards with my good friend Kelly. Without either of them knowing, I came across a postcard that made my heart stop.
I knew that Frank wouldn't consider it post-worthy. I knew that it would get stashed in his basement with all of the other postcards he's received, (1,000+ per week!)... So I stealthily slipped the postcard into my purse.
This secret deserves a chance to be aired... it deserves a chance to be read by Post Secret fans. I stole the postcard so that I could give it that chance... so that maybe, just maybe, its author might stumble across my blog and know that her secret was read and loved.
I've had a lot of friends. I've lost a lot of friends. But I never, NEVER forget happy memories. This postcard is for everyone who's left a mark on my life. Thanks for making me smile :)
